Schedule

Learning must be inspiring, challenging and fun!

We believe that by asking more questions, students
will discover exciting new pathways.

Our Classes

At The LOFT no day is typical. Days will be filled with students problem solving, questioning, and seeking out their natural curiosities by facilitators who love what they do- so no day will be quite the same! Our labs are designed to be ‘hands-on’ and tailored around the unique gifts of your child. While we adhere to, and build upon the “3 R’s” we also firmly believe that 21st century learning is multi-disciplinary. Students thrive on self-directed learning, in which voice & choice plays an important role in their development. At The LOFT we have chosen to steer the course of education towards customization over the typical standardization model. So whether students are focusing on comprehension, math, music, culture or working towards an essential question, they will be emboldened by our facilitators to look deeply at it through their own unique voice.

Club Time

Facilitators

The Club is a fun space for kids to build their connections and friendships with their peers in a safe and empathetic environment. Engaging creatively and freely with other students is a valuable stage for your children and The Loft Academy offers a social/ exploratory setting where students are guided towards self-directed projects. We believe further exploration with group projects and activities will help students develop leadership and social skills. LOFT students who participate in our labs or one-to-one instruction, have the option to arrive early or stay late up to one hour. Additional time, which will be student directed, may be purchased by the hour.

Our Club is a compassionate space for kids to explore and create with their peers. When the need arises, facilitators guide, support, and encourage them to reach their creative potential.
